(LIT Program)
Coming Summer 2026
As our campers grow older, we want to grow with them. In the Summer of 2025, we saw our high school students leap with confidence into leadership positions. We are thrilled to launch this new program, which aims to continue fostering leadership skills in our high school students to prepare them for college and beyond.

LIT Program Requirements:
LIT Students must be going into their 10th or 11th grade year
Must be available for the pre-camp training session
Must submit an application (Applications open March 2026)
LIT Positions:
Assistant Director(s): Assists the Director in blocking certain scenes. They also work with individuals on character work. (You CAN be an actor and also hold this position)
Key Skills: Problem Solving, Communication, Creativity & Innovation
Assistant Music Director(s): Assists the Music Director with teaching music numbers. This person leads daily vocal warmups and can rehearse music with people not working in a scene. (You CAN be an actor and also hold this position)
Key Skills: Communication, Time Management, Flexibility
Co-Choreographers: In collaboration with the Director’s vision, these 2-3 people are responsible for choreographing and teaching all dance numbers. (You CAN be an actor and also hold this position)
Key Skills: Creativity & Innovation, Delegation, Time Management
Tech Supervisor: Checks in with all crew groups to ensure that they are completing their tasks on time. Also serves as a liaison between tech groups and the Director. This person also helps crew groups communicate and collaborate. (This is a preferred Tech Only position, but if you are still interested in acting, we can discuss.)
Key Skills: Communication, Problem Solving, Active Listening
Stage Manager: Takes notes during rehearsal and makes sure backstage is running smoothly. Works closely with the Tech Supervisor to ensure everyone is informed about what is happening. (This position is a Tech Only position)
